Liverpul je u poslednjoj utakmici ove sezone savladao Tottenhm rezultatom 0:2, golovima Vornina i  Toresa. Spanac je ovim golom (  32. u sezoni i 24. u Premieru ) oborio rekord Ruud van Nistelrooy-a i postao stranac koji je postigao najvise golova u debitantskoj sezoni u Premier Ligi...
